Hoya kerrii is a species of plant in the genus Cactaceae Hoya. It is dedicated to Arthur Francis George Kerr, a British physician, plant collector and author of botanical books. It is appreciated for its fleshy heart-shaped leaves, which have earned it the nickname “Lucky heart”. It is sometimes marketed by large retailers on the occasion of Valentine’s Day.
